1.      When logged into your dashboard, go to the results tab and scroll to the bottom to see Result History and you will find the link to the lab report.

2.      Click the link that says View Report.

3.      A new window will open the report.

4.      Click the printer icon.

5.      You will be given the option to either print your report or save as PDF.

*The report cannot be directly downloaded due to security compliance to protect your data.  


  1. When logged into your account, there will be a large box on the left of the screen where your results are listed.

  2. Find the tile named Provider Handout and click.

  3. A new window will open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.

  4. Click the download or print icon.

 


Go to https://my.auria.care/ and click Register Kit. Here you will register your kit using your Kit ID. When your results are ready, you will use the same email address you used to register your kit in order to view your results and access your account. There are NO passwords associated with your auria account.

A superbill can only be issued if you have activated and completed your Auria test.

  1. Contact [email protected] for an itemized superbill to submit for FSA/HSA. Be sure to include your full name and order number in the email.

Not all FSA/HSA benefit plans will consider Auria a qualified medical expense. Check with your provider prior to ordering Auria.

Some FSA/HSA benefit plans may deny reimbursement.
