There are two ways you can create an account!
Go to auria.care, select login in the upper right-hand corner, then select get started.
After purchasing a kit, the order confirmation page will prompt you to create an account.
Login to your account and select account information. You can now edit contact information and change your password.
If you're currently logged in and would like to change your password, from the customer dashboard select account information, then login & security, and you'll see the option to reset your password.
On the log-in page, click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your auria account.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Open the email and click on the blue bubble that says Verify Account and Reset Password.
A new window will open asking you to verify your account information.
You will then enter and confirm a new password.
At this time, the cost of Auria is not covered by insurance. Some FSA’s and HSA’s allow for purchase of at home laboratory tests, but please check with your benefits department to be sure. To receive your "super bill" or EOB for HSA/FSA reimbursement, please contact customer service.
A superbill can only be issued if you have activated and completed your Auria test.
- Contact [email protected] for an itemized superbill to submit for FSA/HSA. Be sure to include your full name and order number in the email.
Not all FSA/HSA benefit plans will consider Auria a qualified medical expense. Check with your provider prior to ordering Auria.
Some FSA/HSA benefit plans may deny reimbursement.
Yes! At the time of purchase, you'll be given the option to select the quantity of kits desired. However, if you're needing to ship kits to multiple addresses you will need to place separate orders for each address.
